Natural Wax - Traditionally, candles are made from paraffin which is a by-product of foreign crude oil, like gasoline or asphalt. Not at HomeScent, LLC! Our candles are made from American grown 100% all-natural soy wax, not a soy blend like some candles on the market. Soy wax is made from soybean oil which burns cooler and cleaner, produces less black soot or potentially dangerous toxins when burning, and is so pure it is edible and can be used for cooking - before the fragrance is added of course! Natural Color - No synthetic coloring is added to the candles we create, all you see is the creamy white or beige of the natural soy wax. By adding no synthetic coloring you are burning a candle as close to nature as possible. Natural Wick - Why would someone create a natural wax candle then add a lead or zinc wick? At HomeScent, LLC the candles we create for you have only natural, unbleached cotton wicks with hemp cores.
